Launch Pad artists act as Lash Lab PDX ambassadors. On your rental days you help promote Lash Lab supplies, and on the days you work in the lab you help customers check out.

Free rent works when everyone shows up and does their part. Here's what every Launch Pad artist agrees to:
Each missed scheduled day is a strike. On the third missed day, your Launch Pad contract ends and the next artist on the waitlist gets the opportunity.
Glam Lab PDX is a Black-owned salon in Portland, built to create economic opportunity for BIPOC women-led beauty businesses.
Work alongside lash, wax, and facial providers, each with their own booking page on the salon website.
The Lash Lab PDX studio, training space, and supply store are in the same building.
Clients can bring their children for services that are 1.5 hours or shorter.

Forms go out to clients and are logged automatically, so paperwork stays organized.
